Renting from Treasure Surprise is simple: ​ 1. Choose the items you would like to rent 2. Provide us with your event date/location 3. Then Send your wish list to treasuresurprise18@gmail.com so we can check availability (View services/Contact page) 4. We'll send a quote your way.

A: The rental period is for 24 hours whether you decide to pick the items up yourself or have them delivered to your event. For ex: if we deliver at 10am on Saturday, we will pick up at or slighly before 10am on Sunday. A: At the moment we accept e-transfers and cash only.

To reserve the items, a 50% deposit is required and the remaining 50% is due 2 weeks before your event.

We understand that it can be a possibility. Just please let us know. We do charge a replacement fee which usually runs approximately three times the rental price (varies depending on the piece).
